Question Can't format ext3 to FAT32/NTFS or ...

Hi, I mistakenly format the USB flash drive to EXT3 by EaseUS Partition, now I want to change it back to NTFS, FAT32, or any other standard format for Windows. I used windows tool, EaseUS, and DickGenius but I keep seeing errors that say can't format!
I installed the EX2 app and can now open that drive but I still can't change its format. did anybody have this problem too?
I would appreciate any help in fixing this issue 🙌👏

Are you able to delete the partition from Disk management ?

Yes, but it doesn't give any read-only error

no, I'm not, I delete it, but it quickly returns to the list. nothing happens

A flash drive can become read-only if it is going bad. You can try writing zeros to sector 0 using a disc editor, eg DMDE.
