can't format hard disk partition

Hi . I am using hitachi internal hard disk . I installing my window, then i format the partition . It shows me ( failed to format the select partition ( error: 0x80070057 )

You must of damaged the partition where the reserved system is stored. Don't worry it can be fixed.
