Can't format kingston pen drive even with disk management

Whenever i plug my pen drive into my USB port my PC detects it but it isn't shown in Computer. In Disk Management it shows something that says:
"(drive picture) Disk 1
Removable (F: )
No Media"

When i right-click it i cannot format it. Only Properties and and Help. Don't know what to do...

I have a Kingston DT101 G2, 16GB

From the description of the symptoms, it would appear that there is some kind of disconnect between the controller of the drive and the data chip. If this same behavior happens on multiple computers than unfortunately the problem is with the drive itself and depending on what caused the disconnect may not be repairable. We stand by all our products and can replace the drive under it's five year warranty. No, that didn't work at all.. Always an error and i still can't use my thumb drive.
