can't format my 32gb micro SD card and files keep coming back after I delete them

There is such type of virus in my micro SD cards when I delete it . it comes back . no file can be deleted in my micro SD card. I cannot delete any single file of memory card ..plz help me

Are you sure its a virus?
What are you using to format the card? Is it formatting software, or formatting within the os?

This is a sign that the sd card has worn out, the memory cells in them can only be erased a finite amount of times.
