Really sorry for the bad english.

I have an aspire sw3 013, with a 500gb HDD.

It had windows 8 installed, and there was this free windows 10 installation, so I did install. After the whole process I did a factory reset, because it had another person account. After that the HDD didnt worked. So I went to the Driver Manager and tried to format it. Before doing it, it asked to initialize, so I did, and it gave me an error (incorrect function). After that the options stayed gray and it wont let me create another partition or format it. Then I used DiskPart and cleaned it. But it still didnt worked. So I used an USB with windows 7 to format it, and I was using a 64gb microSD, so when I runed the program I dont know what happened but it asked me to format the 64gb microSD, I told it no, and after that I tried to format the 500gb HDD but it didnt worked, so I stoped the program. Then I connected another 16gb usb, and after that I got two error messages that the 64gb and the 16gb usb have to be formated, I try to format them but in the options the 64gb microSD will only show 5gb and the 16gb one will only show 32mb, and none of them will format, there is a message the format did not complete.

It's so weird, and I feel really bad, cause I messed up so hardcore. Help me please.

Hi there Blackendhead,

So, basically, you are facing issues with all external drives that you attach to your laptop right? I assume you've tried using different ports.
My suggestion would be to go to the laptop's manufacturer website and update your USB drivers. It will not hurt to update all drivers I guess.
In case the issue persists, you can try using some third party partition management tool. There are quite a lot of threads on that: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/277170-32-best-partitioning-software

Let me know how this goes,

Thanks for replying, well right now I got to work my 16gb microSD, i really dont know what happened, but the other external drives are not working well. About the USB ports, they are okay, when i had the windows 8 everything was fine. But right after the installation of windows 10 the hdd stopped working, and I cant initialize it.

My 64gb microSD its only working with 5gb, do you know how can I recover the files that was in it? Or if I can't, at least how can I reset it to its maximum capacity?

The Disk 2 is the 500gb HDD

And the Disk 1 shows a partition of 5gb only, instead of showing 64gb, because that one is the microSD of 64gb

As the SD card shows a 5.71 GB, there may be something wrong with it. You need to try it on another computer.
Regarding your Disk 2, do you have data stored on it? In case you do, you can try using some partition recovery software. Check this thread for example: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2192274/suggestion-free-partition-recovery-software.html

In case you have no data over there, you can try the third party partition management tool. Have you tried that?(the one I've provided in the previous post)

Sorry for the late answer, I don't have enough time. Well I already tried conecting the sd card in another computer and it tells me the same, as for the HDD I can't format it, it says its write protected, and I remember that the lapto had something about a SwitchLock, which was from Acer. I read that when you disconect the lower keyboard the HDD inside locks itself, so I don't know if by changing accounts, which I did from the original one, the HDD locked itself.

I had the exact same problem with my micro SD. Should show 64GB but only showed 5.71GB.

Turned out the card itself was bad. It's been bounced around in a drawer for a while, so maybe that damaged it.
