Cant format my pc

hi first of all sorry for my english .. i am trying to format my pc with an windows 10 dvd but i cant ... my boot priority is p4atapi ihas(3245) .. i put my cd inside and when i pres enter doesent work ( i have afraid this heepent because i removed my graphic card to another pc and when i put it again on myne my windows crashed .... please help

Booting or not off a disk would not happen due to your video card not working properly. Do you see the message come up about hitting a key to boot off the Windows disk? Have you verified the disk you are using is bootable in another system?
