Cant format my ssd to ntfs from raw.

Hello, i recently tried to format my samsung ssd 850evo trough external usb 2.5. It was ntfs before since it had my laptops os on it, with files.
Did a quick format to NTFS, in middle of the formating it popped an error. After that it became a RAW, and wasnt been usable, tried quick and long formating to ntfs neither worked. I have an option of formating it to eFat, didnt try it yet.
Tried putting windows on it with bootable usb, trough bios, didnt work either
Is there any other solutions that will fix that? Files in ssd are not needed since i will put fresh windows on it.

Seems like the drive died, did you try it in another usb enclosure or inside a computer? If yes and it does the same thing, contact Samsung for warranty.

If it is stuck in RAW data it means it "RAW'd out". The drive is dead. Happened to me once with a USB. It kept displaying as RAW, and found out that the flash cells had finally kicked the bucket.
