Can't format Windows 10

So,
After upgrading to a Core I5 and a Msi B250m(without formatting Windows) I still cant reset. I just want this to clean up and tried every other way.
help me....

you would need to install windows again from a bootable windows image.

You should have done this, before swapping your hardware:
Read and do this before you change any parts:

This links your Win 10 license to a MS account, instead of hardware.

Then, in the new hardware...a clean install.


However, since you didn't, you're still left with a clean install, and you'll have to call MS and possibly maybe get them to activate it.
