help me to fix this

I've these:

mobo: Asus z170 Pro Gaming (which have Intel (R) I219-V Ethernet)
Router: TP-Link TD-8960N
Switch: TP-Link TL-SG1008D
Cable: Prolink cat6 flat wire

EDIT: i connect everything to the switch and i just connect the router to switch too.

Solution
If you have connected you PC to the switch and the port is coming up at 100m it generally means you have a cable issue. The port in the pc and the port in the switch should negotiate the speed to 1g. You really want to leave it on auto.

You will need to plug your equipment into your switch and only use your router to access the internet. Anything going though the router will be limited to 100m and likely less if you are going to the internet and your ISP connection is smaller than 100m.

You should be able to get 2 machines both connected to the switch to transfer at close to 1gbit. There is overhead so you will never get the max rates but you should get in the 900mbit range.

oh i forgot to say that
i connect everything to the switch and i just connect the router to switch too.
