Previous Power supply popped a capacitor (from being over loaded) so I got new one and now nothing is coming on. I checked all the cords several times and even took it all apart put it back together. At most when I turn the power supply on theres a very very quick flash of leds on the mother board. Press the power button and nothing works. No weird sounds, no fans, and no noticeable LEDs to show mother board is getting power (though i don't remember if there were any to begin with). What do??

Processor: i9-9900
Psu: corsair RM850x
Mother board: GIGABYTE Z390 AORUS ULTRA LGA 1151
GPU: GeForce RTX 3060 Ti ELITE

When changing the PSU, did you use the same cables from the old one?
Or did you fully replace ALL, using the cables that came with the new PSU?
I used all the new cables. The previous PSU had all the cables connected to it so I couldn't reuse them if I tried. :/
