Can't get a signal

Hello, I recently built a new pc. I however am getting no signal. What I have done so far to try to fix is

Reseat everything
Try another video card
Try onboard video
Try new ram
Tried a different processor
Used a different motherboard

Specs below

*MSI M5A78L-M
*AMD FX-4300 Vishera 3.8GHz AM3- 95W
*ECS Black Series NBGTX560-1GPI-F GeForce GTX 560 (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready
* G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9S-4GBRL(totaling 8gigs)
*Rosewill Green Series RG630-S12 630W

Yes, but I get nothing. Also my mobo has a indicator light, but it is always green.
