Can't get at add/remove Windows components

Running WinXProSP2. When I go to add/remove programs and click on the Windows components button, I get the error message:

"Setup library MSDTCSTP.dll could not be loaded, or function 0cEntry could not be found. Contact your system administrator. The specific error code is 0x7e."

I've searched a lot and the only references I can find are to Server 2003.

What I would do is download a new file here and rename the one that you have on your machine (don't overwrite it just in case). Then put the one you downloaded in the folder that your renamed one is located.

Now try clicking the Windows Components button and see what happens. Maybe the file is corrupt for whatever reason.
