cant get crossfire to work second card doesnt load

i see zero load in a crossfire configuration of rx480. i ran the heaven benchmark. the game i like is eso i cannot get crossfire to work right.

info is in signature my specs. the graphics cards both are 3fan deasign one from asus and one from power color

asrock h170. i got it to work now having minor issues gettin the fans to spin. but thats ok i'll consider this thead closed. i know early toms reached out to me when my brother died i dont use social networking reeally so and now wow my grandmopther died 2 people in 6months just crazy. anyways best answer seleced4
