Im not even sure if its fully implemented at an OS level yet. You will not be using dx12 until games and programs that utilize it are developed, every game you play right now uses dx11 or lower regardless of if you have win 10 or not.
Well you need Windows 10, a GPU that supports DX12, and the latest drivers. Which GPU do you have?
In any case though there are still no games that support it yet and none coming up soon that I know about. I'm also not even sure if it has been fully implemented in Windows 10 yet may still need a seperate download/patch.
well i have gtx 560 and it does support dx12 and i belive games like bf 4 supports it as well
the thing is that i believe that i should find the dx version 12 when i check dxdiag . that's my main concern .

BF4 does not support dx12 there is no game out at the moment that does.
Go into search type dxdiag you should get this screen below, it says you have dx11?
