[SOLVED] Can't get display to pop up. Q code 07. Please help!

Hey guys I'm stuck on this q code error 07. My PC turns on and everything but I do not get a display to pop up. I even dropped it down to one RAM. Did a USB bios flashback. Cleared CMOS. Tried everything I know how to do and double checked my connections. I still can't seem to get it to boot up and get the same Q Code 07. I could sincerely use the help. All the best. Parts list:

Page 99, Appendix Q-code 07 = "AP Initialization after microcode loading".

I googled accordingly and there seems to be some relationship to graphics.

You mentioned "no display"

Check your motherboard and CPU with respect to supporting integrated graphics.
