Hi I have tried to login, but cant because it says my password is incorrect, I have even tried all the old ones to no avail. Help please.

Solution
it depends on who is validating your logon. if you are gettng validated through a microsoft account you can contact microsoft.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12429/microsoft-account-sign-in-cant

if you are attempting to log in to a local account you and you know you are using the correct username and password.
make sure you are not actually trying to login to a online account when you mean to use a local account name.

there are some issues that will mess up logons. Cap locks key, keyboards that have a stuck control key, bugs in keyboard drivers. you might unplug your keyboard and plug it back in, hit the backspace key a few times before you type in your username and password.

if you have any other active accounts on...
The only way to fix this, if you are sure your password is right, is to reset PC and delete everything off PC.

As such, if there is anything you want to keep, try this: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/
Another option is move hdd into another pc and copy files off it onto another hdd temporarily until win 10 is fixed.
If you have a steam library the folder can be copied and reused on new install.

Now on logon screen, choose the power button that shows in bottom right of screen, hold down shift button and choose restart.
this loads advanced start up
choose reset this PC
choose wipe everything - this will remove everything on the partition windows is on
PC will restart and reinstall win 10
then you can make users again and copy all the files you saved before. You will need to reinstall all your programs.

if you have any other active accounts on the local machine you can log into those accounts.
if you have another microsoft login account you could log on to that account if your network connection is ok.
if your system is part of a domain controlled network you could have a admin reset your password.

Solution
yes, if you have a network logon, the actual internet authority will be checked. If the network is down then the cached password will be checked. if you use a local account then it will check against the username and password stored in the local file c:\windows\system32\config\sam
