Question Cant get internet on new pc build

Hello I don't know what to do I had been building pc's before I never encounter this problem I can't get ethernet Internet Internet work I went on the motherboard lan drivers on laptop to download I transfer file to USB put in in pc and after install it gives me error
The realtek network controller was not found if deep sleep mode is enabled please plug the cable I don't understand

The motherboard is Gigabyte B460M DS3H Intel Socket 1200 Motherboard
