Can't get into bios but windows 7 boots

Hello. I can get into windows and do anything i want but i can't go to bios setup.
First of all when I turn the power on I get a mobo picture and nothing is working. I press del, f12...any button and it doesn't work...after about 30 sec windows is starting up and is working fine.
I tried stroking del until mobo picture dissapears but then i get a black screen and nothing is working after that 30 sec...
I have
intel core i3 2100 cpu 3.10ghz
GA-H61M-S1
evga geforce gtx 960 ssc
8gb ram
chieftec 650w

using windows 7

try booting the pc without the gpu

So i have dissconnect the gpu and now everything works...what is the problem? Why does it not work with the gpu?

Your bios needs to be updated
