Can't get into bios

So for some reason I can't get into my bios. I think it has to be my keyboard. When it shows the gigabyte logo, it says to press delete. I spam the delete key but for some reason I don't think the keyboard actually works. The keyboard becomes responsive once the loading screen for Windows 10 shows up. The reason I know that is because I press the number lock key to see if the light turns on that shows that the number lock is ok, but it doesn't turn on until I have gotten to the loading screen... Please help 🙁

Do you have a usb2 port you can try? Perhaps a usb3 port will not work until windows loads the driver for them.
