Question Can't get into BIOS

Hi. So I bought a ASUS ROG Strix X570-E with all new processor, ram, etc. The computer turns on and gets to the screen that says "Republic of Gamers" press F2 or DEL to enter bios. And then the computer just sits there. I press delete or F2 and nothing happens. I have reset multiple times, tried holding delete, holding F2, tried rapidly pressing them... tried three different keyboards. Crtl+Alt+Delete works so I know the delete key works... I tried popping out the battery and shorting the jumpers to reset CMOS/bios.... I tried reflashing BIOS to a new version via a USB drive and the flash button in the back of the computer.... I'm out of ideas at this point. ASUS is useless.... they just ghost me while trouble shooting. I really don't want to return this as its out of stock, but I'm out of ideas. Anyone got any?

People are going to want to know your full system specs before answering. I had a similar issue which was caused by a faulty graphics card.
