[SOLVED] Cant get into bios

Whenever i try to enter my bios, i cant get into it

my motherboard=gigabyte ga-z97-hd3

First, shut down the pc completely.
It involves setting up for a system recovery.
There is a shortcut that might work.
Hold down the shift key as you select the shutdown button.

When you power on, alternately press the DEL and F2 keys on your keyboard.
One or the other should work.
