Cant get into bios

Hello,
Im trying to finish a build, and i can't seem to get my monitor to display the bios.
Ive used the small speaker to POST beep.

ALSO it might be worth noting I can't find a place to put a plug from my power supply labled PCI-e, if that helps.

Hello... list your hardware details for us... verify power and video connections... and try to boot with 1 stick of memory in your motherboard.

the 4/8 pin pci-e power is going to be a white connector near the cpu or on the edge of the mb. look on your mb guild it will point it out. most new mb the onboard video chipset is the main video intill you change it in the bios.
