Can't get into facebook account - Says this page cannot be opened??? WHY???

The page can not be displayed when you try to go to facebook, or after you input username/password?

I am having the same problem. I also cant get onto Twitter - same message "This page cant be displayed". Plus cant access the Manage Bookings section of the Easyjet website or complete a booking on that site (same message comes up when it gets to the payment stage).
Is it to do with Internet Explorer 9? You cant upgrade further on Vista . Any soljutions gratefully received.
