Cant get into safe mode

Hello there,my pc just got a bsod error "system scan at raised IRQL caught improper driver unload.

What failed: eagleget.sys"

So ill try to boot in safe mode,after i choosing the safe mode,it goes black screen.help me please!!

Might need to an OS reinstall you courted your main OS files.
