After powering up my PC, by the time I can press a key, and it actually register me having done so, It's passed the Asrock startup screen where it says to press F2 or dlt for the bios, and Windows 10 is loading up. This has been an issue ever since switching from Win 7 to Win 10 not too long ago, but I haven't really needed to get into the bios until now.

Asrock Extreme4 Gen3, mobo
Intel i7-2600K, CPU
ASUS Strix GTX 1060 OC, GPU
Currently one of 2x4GB sticks of G.Skill Sniper RAM, other one is RMA
Silent Pro Gold 1000w, PSU

Solution
Nvm, I figured it out. By holding down the clear CMOS button I have on the back of my case, after resetting the bios, my PC restarted, and I was able to hit F2 and go into UEFI.
If you can't get into the BIOS by spamming the DEL key, there's an alternative from within the OS.

Hold "Shift" while navigating the "restart". Hold shift until the menu appears, which will allow you to select "UEFI" - then the system will reboot and enter the BIOS.

You may need to extend the 'splash screen' time to allow you enter the BIOS, but spamming from the point of power on should still allow you to reach the BIOS.

All I see is "Reset this PC", which lets you choose to keep or remove your personal files, and then reinstalls Windows, which is what I'm actually trying to do, but I was going to reinstall Windows using a USB because I'm not sure I can do it that way without the product key. Under "Advanced options" I don't see anything about UEFI or going into the BIOS, there's "System restore", "Go back to previous version", "System image recovery", "Startup repair", "Command prompt", "Startup settings". Maybe I can choose boot from USB in Startup settings?
