Question Can't get into Windows with Kingwin PSU.

This is a follow up post to this question I posted above:

So I took the Thermaltake black widow 850 watt PSU (with no volt switch) out of my primary rig, which has run fine for several years now... and put in the KINGWIN 800 W mach 1 unit on the 115 switch position. Both of the KINGWIN units I have (both were brand new) can't get the system into windows.

I'm really just like what the hell...

KINGWINs Mach one psus seem to be from the late 2000s, so i think modern psus would be a much better option for a system containing a 980ti. Cheap PSUs may not work properly or fail to cause damage to expensive hardware.
