Ok so I have been through a war with my first custom PC, I have bought two seperate motherboards (of the same exact model) and on both it just wont start up. I made a lot of mistakes, here is a list of them
on my first motherboard which I quickly gave up on,
I didn't use standoffs
scratched it a little bit
touched it with bare hands while I was on the ground (I have carpet)
didn't plug in the CPU connector from the power supply to my motherboard
With all these mistakes it still managed to light up the LED's but it did not make a sound (don't know if it should do that or not) and it would not display on my monitor no matter whether I plugged it into the video card or the motherboard.
On my second motherboard I also didn't know that I was supposed to use standoffs until I put everything in place and had already turned it on. After turning it on twice I realized I was supposed to use the standoffs but I only had 3, the mobo stands off from the case on 3 corners, the 4th corner doesn't touch but it does worry me. after my first try I realized there was a slot for the CPU connector and connected it but on my second attempt it still did not display the bios. I installed the standoffs and put everything else back in and tried to turn it on but the LED's dont even show up now. Anyways, here are my specs

Can anyone help me figure out what I am doing wrong, I can take a picture of the inside of it if you would like
