Question Can't get my DS4 controller to work ?

Not sure what happend but i cant get my DS4 controler to work on steam or any other platform. it lists as wirless controler paired under windows. but it also wont let me remove it...how do i remove it it keeps saying failed?.. don't really understand and need help.

Are you seeing the "wireless controller" listed via Device Manager?

What have you done or otherwise tried to date?
