Can't get my graphics card to work.

Hi, I just recieved a nvidia GTX 650 today, and i hooked it up, i'm actually using it right now but in games that aren't graphically stressed like world of warcraft i get like 20 frames per second.. i went into my bios to try to enable it but i didn't see an option to enable anything that had to do with graphics.
