Can't get my new GPU to work !!

I bought a new GTX 960 and when I put in and boot up the computer get stucked in a black screen with a blinking cursor.
I already tried to update my bios but can't find new bios, the newer one I find is from August 2012, my computer is a hp p6-2109ep if that helps.
And yes, I have a new PSU aswell. Any solutions ?

What PSU do you have?

And may try use the DDU with your old GPU to uninstall the old GPU driver in safe mode, shutdown the PC, plug in the gtx960 to boot the PC to see the PC has the display or not.
