[SOLVED] Cant get new mini itx systems to post

I have built two Mini ITX cases, the only parts they share are the motherboard and CPU. Unfortunetly I cant get either into Bios.

I'm using the B550 Aorus pro AX Mini ITX motherboard with AMD 5800x CPUs. I tried the system without any bios flash and the pc powered on but that was it. I then used the Qflash plus to update the bios to a version that supports the gen 4 cpus. It ran through the update properly with all the correct flashing led signals on both PCs but I still cant get the systems to go into bios. They both power on and thats it. What should I try next? Thanks.

I have tried running with less components and HDMI and display port. And different monitors. Im thinking its time to take them to a repair shop

Fixed, PCIE4 Card with PCIE4 Motherboard but with PCIE3 riser cable, just needed to fit without riser cable and then change PCIE settings from auto to 3. I guess Im probably not going to see a drop in perfomance with a 3070 but probs is close. All working now anyway
