Can't get new pc to post

Just built my second pc. Can't seem to get this one to post though. I get a three beep error that just keeps repeating. Getting no video on my display. Tried reseating the memory a few times but no luck. Any suggestions are appreciated. Still fairly new at this. Here's what I am running with

Asrock b150m-hdv mobo
I3-6100 cpu
Corsair cx430m power supply
Crucial ddr4 2133 2x4 gb udimm ram
Rosewill fbm-01 case

If you're getting BIOS beeps, then saying it won't POST is incorrect since the beeps are the result of the POST routine.

What you mean is it won't boot.

3 short beeps indicates a RAM problem for sure. Try using one module at a time as one of them may be faulty.
