Question Can't get Open or even Moderate Nat on my ps3

So, I recently started playing again on my ps3 (mostly cod), I changed my ISP recently so I needed to connect to the new network, I connected and I noticed I got a Type 3 Nat, it did not concern me at first because I thought I would play normally since on PC I got a low and stable ping, but I got a surprise when I feeded my Slim PS3 the MW2 disk and searched for a multiplayer match, while searching it the game tells you at what ping it finds a match to connect, I got <90 ms, that's horrible. So I began searching for a way to improve my NAT type, I tried everything from opening every single port for MW2 to activating Upnp and DMZ and even setting a static IP for the PS3. I'm quite 'desperate' since I ran out of ideas and I really want to get some good quality matches on that MLG game before it dies out completely. I hope someone can help me, cheers.

90ms is not very good for FPS, if it was a different genre maybe, but I'm use to lower ping and I can't stand playing with such a high latency
