Can't get past BIOS after recovery, Samsung windows 8

I needed to recover my laptop. Once recovered a window appeared saying that recovery has completed and laptop needs to reboot. Laptop turned off then on, but it is still on BIOS. I can't seem to get it to start Windows. Please help.

Press F10 to save the BIOS settings and reboot. What happens then? The system should not be entering the BIOS unless you press the key to do so, or (in certain cases) a BIOS flash is taking place.
