So to give details, I have an asus z390-a Prime mobo, with a i9-9900k, both working prior as they were part of my old build. I have an m.2 in, I have ram in( same ram I was using with the parts, yesterday, working) a 1650 super, and an aio has been slapped on.

So for the problem. I changed cases, to a NZXT, which has all of the bootup connectors as one thing, plugged into where it should be, everything is in, however I cant boot the pc. I can turn the power supply on, and the mobo power led turns green, the rgb on the board also turns on. Pressing the power button on the case does nothing as well as pressing on the power switch on the board. Any ideas as to the problem?

Will the system boot without the GPU (provided that iGPU is supported)?

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Start by using the Asus motherboard's User Guide/Manual to double check all connections and applicable configuration setting for:

1) correctly connected, and 2) fully and firmly connected.

Especially the front panel connections.

Are you able to access BIOS?

Try booting into Safe Mode.
