Can't get pin guard back on

I have an ASrock Z87 Pro 4 and had some issues with it, so i need to put the pin guard on it to keep it safe for now, but I can't get the pin guard back on, I've lined up the triangles... I feel stupid but it just won't go on, I've tried for about 10 minutes now..... help please?
