can't get pny flash drive to boot

I've been putting clonezilla on flashdrives to boot and all work perfectly except for a pny 32 drive. It works fine in windows but when I try to boot from it, nothing. I formated it before using tuxboot to throw clonezilla on it.

any thoughts?

format the flash drive and set it as fat32 file system. Then try booting the file.

I did that before I used tuxboot. I'll try again with a slow format but I don't think that's the issue.
