Can't get PSU due to high demand, is alternative OK?

My hardware provider/vendor is unable to procure the following PSU:

No, thermaltake makes poor supplies , and it's not Haswell compatible.

By the way, the other PSU is wired, i need modular because my case mounts PSU on top!

Is that enough to feed al the components under 100% load? I can be pretty rough on my pc when I work I also leave video editing on the background and archiving with 7-zip for transfer to backups...
