Can't get Raid Drivers installed

I am trying to install server 2008 R2 on a supermicro server. it detects the Server USB drive but I can't browse my other USB drive for the raid drivers. the drive does not show up. its a C232 motherboard with Intel raid setup as Raid 5.

Make sure your USB stick is in a USB2 port, the setup program probably just can't load the USB3 drivers to see the files. Or copy the files to the same USB drive as the OS setup.
