Can't get ram to run at proper speed

Hey so I'm using the Asrock b450m pro4 board and I can't get my ram to go past 2666 even though they are 3200 sticks. I've searched all over and no matter what can't get it to work. I've tried messing with the timing, voltage, everything. I even tried updating my bios (I'm on 2.0).

I'm using 2x corsair vengeance RGB pro 8gb sticks of ram in A1 and B1 and my CPU is a Ryzen 3 2200g.

Yes, I did get the sticks together as a kit. And yes, I'm using the XMP profile to get it to clock at 2666 in the first place. without it, the system fails to boot, and then safe boots into 2133 speed.

To compensate, I was able to get the timings to run more aggressively, at 15/15/15/24, but that's the best I can do it seems.

I'll give it a shot, but I was having bad luck with it before even at 2800.

Thanks for the advice
