Can't get rid of traffic shaping software

Hey,

I built new PC few months ago and installed traffic shaping software bundled with my ASROCK motherboard, cFosSpeed. Problem is when I am uninstalling this, I can't open some websites and upload files. When I install this software - everything is okay and I have no problem. I tried to contact support but they're not helping me - acting like robots and sending me to ASROCK support. The thing is, I tried to install another traffic shaping software (NetBalance) and websites load, then after uninstalling they won't, so it's not a problem with cFosSpeed. Btw. I can't connect via ethernet cable only. Everything works over wi-fi (different card). My motherboard is ASROCK 270 supercarrier.
I think I tried everything I could, reinstalling drivers, flushing dns, resetting firewall rules...

@edit, I've chosen wrong Forum, I should add it on Networking, I am really sorry!

If you cannot get it uninstalled, I would just backup my data and do a clean install or system restore if you have a point prior to the installation of the problem software.

You may need to reinstall the basic Ethernet (LAN) driver after either of those, and perhaps even after uninstalling any of the software that you have tried.

And pretty much any traffic shaping software on an individual machine is a waste of time.
