cant get rid of two annoing icons that are also in my games.

I have 2 icons on the top right corner of my screen, one is a microphone icon and the other is settings one, I cant click on them. Now it wouldn't be a problem if these icons didn't also show up in my games! i tried to close all programs on my task bar and nothing.

How can i get rid of these annoying icons?

what graphics card do you have? they might be some soft of gaming overlay, i think AMD cards can do that

what settings does it link to?
