Cant get signal on my monitor

my monitor turns on for about 5 minutes than goes off saying "can't detect signal" Checked all cords and when I wiggle the cord connected to the PC it turns back on. However, now it has stopped completely. Changed out monitors, cords and still not works. Tested monitor on another computer it works. Is it my card in my computer? I am not that knowledgable and was looking for my next step.

Does your video card have (2) outputs? Try the other one.

I've seen the display connectors come loose before. You can check the soldering points on the graphics card and see if anything broke loose.
