[SOLVED] Can't get terminal to work properly

Hi all, Recently I have opened terminal on my Mac and it happened to show this

Does anyone know how to fix this because usually it's supposed to like this

Figured out that there was a backup of the profile file in "/etc/" and removed the modified profile file and restored to the backup.
