can't get through first time setup

so I've installed win7 on my ryzen 1600 pc, and used the MSI win7 smart tool so I could use the USB ports during setup but now they stopped working all together and I am at the screen where I have to enter a user name and pc name and can't do anything pls help

nevermind. I gave up and chose windows 10 instead and it worked. not too happy with it but at least I got it working in the end. late post
