Can't get to Raid settings on gigabyte board

I have an old gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 LGA 1155 board and finally got 2 ssd's that I want to run in Raid 0. According to Google I just hit ctrl and g before it gets to the operating system loading screen, I keep doing exactly that but nothing happens. Any advice?

All i could find was the installation guide which didn't talk about raid at all

Are you really, really, really sure you want to run your SSD's in a RAID 0?
You've read this, right:

Along with all the other issues of a RAID 0.

Good choice.
As much as we'd all like it to be great, RAID 0 + SSD just isn't.
