Can't get uefi back

Hello ,I have hp elite 8300 cmt
I've switched to legacy bios and my drive scheme is mbr
The problem is that i can't see secure boot config to turn off legacy boot, instead
I got Master boot record lock ,so what should i do to get back to uefi.

Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? You could remove the CMOS battery and replace it after 15 mins. Please be wary though that the settings will all be reset, which is why it's a good idea to know what the settings are currently. Might be a good idea to have them written down on a piece of paper.

On another note, did you look in Securities tab in your BIOS?

I don't have the latest bios but if i update it this might fix it??
BTW i have looked into all the bios setting which it doesn't have any clue for Uefi
