cant get wifi on my new built computer which is windows 7

i installed wi-fi card and i still cant get wifi

1. Take usb flash drive.
2. Open other pc, download wifi card drivers and put them into flash drive
3. Install drivers on your pc from flash drive

which card is it... asus PCI AC56?... known for its shoddy win 10 drivers.
