I have 1 HDMI port through my graphics card (NVIDIA GTX960) and 1 through my motherboard. I am using two working Acer monitors, one is hooked up to the M/B, and the other to the Graphics Card. Please help. I think I also have 3 DVI ports on the graphics card and one on the motherboard

Your motherbd has to allow simultaneous use of the integrated GPU along with the pcie GPU. You will find a setting in the bios to enable this if its possible to run both GPU's.

We probably can help guide you if you let us know which motherbd you have.
