Can't get Windows 10 working

Lately i have been trying to install windows 10 on my computer. First time it seemed to work good , i was doing my drivers and then i got the first bluescreen . I got several more until Windows couldn't run anymore. I reinstalled it a second time ans then i got the message : Windows installation cannot proceed. I fixed this issue . Windows seemed to work fine again until I got the first bluescreen that said out : ran out of memory . I've looked on some sites that told me to go in safe mode and update video card drivers . I did that and a memory and disk check. It worked for a while and now doesn.t want to work anymore. Can.t install windows now . The errors that I've been getting are : IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
NTFS.sys
KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE

Pls help I don't know what the heck can I do.

Some computers are unable to run Windows 10. Lack of any details about your PC make that an unknown.

To check basic functioning of a pc, I like to run memtest86.
You should be able to complete a full pass with NO errors.

Calvin7 what do u mean by that?? My pc has these componets : 550 power supply , gtx 970 , i7 4790k , 16 gb ram , 1 ssd , and I just bought a new hdd because my old one broke , unknown reason.
